Breakfast is varied with a balance of healthy options including yoghurts, fresh fruit, smoothies and cereals. These are served alongside old favourites such as bacon and sausage sandwiches and full breakfasts.
12.00PM – 2.00PM
Lunch
Lunch includes contemporary hot meals and hot snacks. There is a varied selection of soups, jacket potatoes with hot and cold fillings, sandwich bar, salad bar, savoury snacks, fruits, yoghurts and confectionery.
The Lounge
8.00AM – 4.00PM
Open All Day
You can purchase a wide variety of items in The Lounge including cappuccino, latte or speciality coffee. A range of drinks, fruit, sweets, homemade baking, freshly prepared packaged sandwiches, salads, hot Panini’s are also available at anytime during the day.
Grab & Go
If you don’t have time to queue there is a fast track ‘grab and go’ selection of freshly prepared packaged sandwiches, salad bowls, deserts, snacks and drinks. Menus are made available weekly and are advertised in The Coffee Lounge and online.

Our close motorway links and ample parking make Sandbrook House the ideal location for your people and visitors. We have three car parks around the building, with space for over 650 cars.
All mail and parcels are delivered to our central mailroom on the ground floor adjacent to the loading bay. All visitors are welcomed at reception by our onsite facilities team.
Yes. We have shower cubicles to accommodate those keep-fit fanatics who prefer to run/cycle/walk to work. Showers are located on our ground floor.
We care deeply about the environment and have taken many steps to reduce the carbon footprint of Sandbrook House. This includes installing a large solar array onsite as well as ensuring that all our electricity comes from renewable sources. Our beautifully landscaped grounds have won the Rochdale in Bloom award many times and act as a quiet space for rest and relaxation.
